At Simply Linen we do our best to fully describe all items so that what you receive should not only meet but we would hope actually exceed your expectations. However if you are not happy with what you have received we have a ˜no questions asked' returns policy. Obviously with textiles we cannot take back any items that have been used. We cannot accept returns of custom made or monogrammed items. Simply return the unopened/unused items to us with all original packaging to PO Box 103 Mosman NSW AUSTRALIA 2088 within 14 days to receive a full refund (not including any freight charges). We only ask that you email us to let us know you are returning goods to us.
All our products are meticulously checked for faults before despatch. In the unlikely event that any goods we despatch are faulty or damaged when you receive them please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt.
