How much does delivery cost?

Shipping Australia wide is free for all orders over $50 (for orders of less than $50 we charge $9.90). We deliver international orders via either Australia Post International Parcel Service or Fedex.  We ship all orders to New Zealand for a flat rate of $29.50 and to the rest of the world at a flat rate of $45.

What payment methods does Simply Linen accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit cards via our payment gateway Paypal. All payments are processed by Paypal in Australian Dollars

How do we keep your payment safe?

Our payment gateway, PayPal, has PCI DSS compliance certification under the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program and the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program. In addition, PayPal has achieved the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's Statement of Auditing Standards #70 (SAS70) certification. Payments are processed on a secure PayPal hosted site. We do not keep or store any credit or debit card information on our site. PayPal is strongly committed to protecting the safety and integrity of customer data.

How do we ship to you?

Shipping is simple and safe. Shipping Australia wide is free for all orders over $50 (for orders of less than $50 we charge $9.90) In Australia we use either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post e-parcel, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery. International orders are shipped with either Australia Post International Parcel Service or Fedex. All providers have an easily accessible on-line tracking tool, you will be abe to follow the progress of your delivery from despatch to delivery. 

How soon will I receive my package?

Orders are shipped from Simply Linen in Sydney.  Delivery time to Australian addressees is usually 2-4 days. Orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take a little longer. Should you wish to receive your parcel sooner, please contact us for pricing and options. Delivery times for international customers are dependent on the country of delivery, we will advise you of this prior to shipping.  

What if I am not happy with my items when I receive them?

At Simply Linen we do our best to fully describe all items so that what you receive should not only meet but we would hope actually exceed your expectations. However if you are not happy with what you have received we have a 'no questions asked' returns policy. Obviously with textiles we cannot take back any items that have been used. We are unabe to take returns of custom made and mongrammed items. Simply return the unopened/unused items to us with all original packaging at PO Box 103 Mosman NSW AUSTRALIA 2088 within 14 days to receive a full refund (not including any freight charges). We only ask that you email us to let us know you are returning goods to us.

What if my goods are damaged when I receive them?

At Simply Linen all our products are meticulously checked for faults before despatch. In the unlikely event that any goods we despatch are faulty or damaged when you receive them please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt.

How do I care for my Simply Linen products?

We recommended you machine wash your linen, using a gentle spin cycle, then either line or tumble dry. It irons beautifully when just damp with a hot steam iron, to dampen for ironing we recommend our linen water, We prefer not to use starch, it simply masks the beautiful texture of the fabric. You can dry clean if preferred. We don't recommend the use of bleach. For hard to budge stains, soak before washing in a colour safe domestic laundry stain removal product.

All our products are pre-washed before you receive them, however it is recommended that you wash in your own detergent prior to use in case of sensitivities or allergies.

How do I use my gift voucher?
Simply enter the voucher number in the payments window and use a different payment method for any remaining balance due. If the value of your gift voucher exceeds the total of your purchase then you will be able to use it as credit against a future purchase. Gift vouchers are redeemable against any item in our collection, however they are not redeemable in cash.
